This video shows a glimpse of the TU Delft environment where Ali, Bianca, and Arif work, and what a typical day looks like for them as first-year PhD students in the QuiVal project. QuiVal (Quantum Inspired Valuation of Circular Real Estate) is an MSCA Doctoral Program where TU Delft is one of the consortium members with aim is to develop innovative valuation methods that incorporate environmental and societal values, helping the real estate sector transition toward carbon neutrality by 2050. The project brings together eight universities and fourteen industry partners in a multidisciplinary work inspired by quantum mechanics to rethink how we define and measure value in circular real estate.
