Associate Professor Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Valuation, Department of Architecture

Dr. Pasquale De Toro is Associate professor, Department of Architecture, University of Naples Federico II. He was invited professor at the Siberian Federal University of Krasnoyarsk (Russian Federation, 2019) and at the Haldia Institute of Technology (India, 2019), and professor at the Polis University of Tirana in the Erasmus+ Programme (Albania, 2023). He is president of the Campania Section (since 2023) of the National Institute of Urban Planning (INU) and is co-editor of the BDC Journal.

He was director of Interdepartmental Research Centre in Urban Planning ‘Alberto Calza Bini’ of the University of Naples Federico II (2016-2022). He is supervisor of the Doctoral Candidates (DCs) DC4 and DC5.
