Grazyna is a Senior Lecturer in Urban Economics and Real Estate at the School of Architecture and Environment at the University of the West of England. Her research is on investment strategies, transaction risk, market transparency, the changing nature of real estate markets, and land management. She has nearly 20 years of experience in real estate consultancy gained at EY, PwC, and KPMG in the UK, Europe, and Australia. She is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a past member of RICS governing bodies in Poland and Australia. She is a co-founder of LINK – Land – International Network for Knowledge (https://landinternational.network/)
In the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Action Doctoral Networks QuiVal Research Programme she is a co-supervisor of the Doctoral Candidate (DCs) DC11.
